    The best diets are normal everyday diets that we take, like a good breakfast to start with. for healthy eating, not just snacking, i guess it is best not to follow popular figures, because perhaps something did worked for them, but if it is senseless, like drinking hot water, than lets forget it and get back to healthy foods.

The diet of person should include healthy breakfast like boiled egg or fruits, Followed by bowl of vegetable salad and butter milk in lunch. Intake of juice should be avoided instead of that take raw fruits. The juice glucose and powder sugar which will increase the sugar level of your body.
