Very interesting article, there are many things I did not know about how to prevent, I did not know that not fermented soy milk can increase the chance to have breast cancer, I just checked and the one I consume is fermented. Thank you very much for the information.

Awareness is the most important factor and a firm reason to hold these kinds of special days. I would like to contribute to this day by sharing some awareness info on women heart health.

Some symptoms by which women can opt to get tested for a heart disorder are - Chest discomfort which are a reason for most heart attacks and which involve discomfort in the center of the chest giving feelings like squeezing, pressure, fullness and pain. This kind of a discomfort can occur due to gas also, but if it lasts for more than a few minutes, then the issue is big. Shortness of breath, which may occur with or without chest pains is one of the other signs, along with breaking out in a cold sweat, lightheadedness, nausea.

I have personally experienced that exercise during menstruation is a great aid to deal with dysmenorrhea. When I used to workout in gym and when i had menstrual days, my trainer used to forbid me from exercises. But I did them at home or in the gym itself, and i found my menstrual pains to reduce. I think this post is partially focusing on this fact, which is a great info.

Yoga poses are really helpful during menstruation, as they not only act as substitutes for vigorous exercises, thus not letting u take a gap between your workout during menstruation days, but also aid the body to relax in a tremendous way. Yoga poses are a must during those 5 days, and this is out of experience that I am talking.

True Andy. Many diabetes tablets and injective medications also consist of chromium and magnesium as major components. Also, diabetes occurs mostly in bodies that are deficient of chromium and magnesium, and also calcium. This is research proven fact.

It is actually the other way round. Diabetes causes deficiency of chromium and magnesium in a person, esp. females. So, supplementary intake of chromium automatically reduces the effect of diabetes.
