Exercise is an effectual mood-elevator, sleep enhancer and pain reliever. If commencing on any exercise routine is getting quite agonizing, then one could get started with warm up stretches that would enhance one’s movement range. Doing yoga, taking a stroll or taking up golf would aid immensely.
Aqua or water aerobics is the simplest training for those ailing from fibromyalgia pain. If one is overweight, then aqua therapy is the ideal way to get started. Tepid water has a soothing effect and raises the blood circulation to the muscles and tendons. Submerged in water, the joints do not experience strain at the time of exercise, with water providing the buoyancy and resistance to assist in muscle strengthening.
Knowing swimming is not a pre-requisite for an aqua aerobics class as in certain classes, one’s head in totally above the water while in other sessions, bobbing into deep waters is done fastened with foam strap or a life jacket.
The innate buoyant nature of water aids in doing exercises that would normally have caused extreme pain. These exercises are undertaken under the supervision of a physical instructor or physiotherapist in a warmed facility or pool.
By doing aqua aerobics, swimming, climbing steps or any physical form of activity for just twenty minutes for four times in a week will raise pulse rate that aids immensely in reducing pain.

Aqua or water aerobics is one of the beautiful thing for water lover.. v can do daily
if we got bored with the gym n walk then its a different way to loos weight..
if we wants to maintain the weight then yoga is also good for it..
